I'm Mariana, a Product & Service Designer based in Milan, with 15 years of experience working across retail, education, and social impact.
I work best when things are complicated: ambiguous briefs, misaligned teams, services that need rethinking from the ground up. I bring structure, clarity, and momentum: whether that means running a design sprint, mapping an entire service ecosystem, or guiding a product from research to delivery.
I've partnered with startups building from scratch, agencies needing a senior hand, and organizations designing for real-world impact. What they have in common: they needed someone who could hold the complexity and keep the team moving.
