I'm a curious soul and enthusiastic about holistic thinking and systemic approaches to problem-solving. I work at the intersection of Experience Design, Research & Strategy, creating new solutions based on research methods, creative problem solving and collaborative design methods.
I plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points. From interviews and contextual inquiry to surveys and usability testing, I translate findings into clear insights and actionable opportunities that guide design and business decisions.
I map and optimize services across all touchpoints — digital and physical. Through journey mapping, ecosystem mapping, blueprinting, and co-creation workshops, I help organizations improve how people experience their services internally and externally, ensuring coherence, efficiency, and value.
I design end-to-end user experiences rooted in research and usability principles. This includes wireframes, information architecture, interaction design, and prototypes that help teams and stakeholders quickly validate concepts and move confidently toward implementation.
I design and facilitate workshops, co-design sessions, and stakeholder events to drive alignment, ideation, and collaboration. From kickoff workshops to design sprints and stakeholder engagement sessions, I take care of planning, content design, facilitation, and outcomes documentation.
