Hello, I am Mariana Ozaki,
a Senior Product & Service Designer with 13+ years of experience, based in Milan, working at the intersection of Experience Design, Research & Strategy.

I lead Ladies that UX, a global, inclusive community that empowers women in UX and tech, helping them grow professionally, share knowledge, and showcase their talents in a supportive environment, and have been serving as the EMEA Director of the global leadership team since 2020 — I opened the Milan Chapter of Ladies that UX in 2019.
Moreover, I also have been managing their podcast, Ladies that UX in English.

I am deeply passionate about crafting meaningful, user-centered experiences and services. My work involves not only design but also facilitating collaborative, creative problem-solving workshops.

I come from the countryside of São Paulo, Brazil, and moved a lot there. Even though I have been living in Italy for almost a decade, I miss pastel and caldo de cana (almost) every day.
